Then along comes the chancellor and slaps on tax!

They would take the jacket off our backs!

Surf the web at your own leisure!

The government spy to get their pleasure!!

Hold all our details on lost data files.

"No we haven’t!" come the worthless denials.

'We'll do our best to combat crime.'

'Make them pay and do the time.'

But then we find the prisons are full!

So crime increases, their efforts are null.

Full of ideas for education and health

But they forgot that first we need the wealth!

So societies services stay the same

But still they delude us and play the game.

“Don't eat red meat, crisp or chips

Cos if you do our health figure dips!

Do as your told and eat more greens

Stick with rice and pulse and beans”

Forget the traditional fish and chips

Its more like tortilla chips and dips

Or maybe a tikka chicken wrap deal

It seems to be Britain's new signature meal!

‘We will improve the state of society.'

'We're backed by the queen, high & mighty'!

'Trust in us your personal dictators'

'Ones who made the middle East hate us!'

'Sometimes we file a few extra expenses'

'Tell you lot the money is spent on defences'

They stand in parliament arguing like kids.

Small talk, heckling and impossible bids.

'We vow to make the economy secure.'

'We will build our bridges’ they all implore!

But look at how much debt were in!

The country is fit for the fuckin bin!

So please select a political party.

Just cut out the arty farty!

It doesn't matter which of the lot,

Cos they all still piss in the very same pot!!

So take a piece of advice from me

The country is fucked its plain to see

Sell your house and move abroad

Leave the lies and Government fraud!

Spend the rest of your days on a beach

Or on a hill that’s hard to reach

Cos this island is its own worst opponent

The debt and now Brexit the worst component!

Do your best to abandon ship.

Jump abroad, give England the slip.

Leave the glorious shithole behind

A better life I think you'll find!!
